File Management
I'll review the contract and start a file in your
preferred online platform. Forms will be uploaded in this system for your broker to review as they are completed.
Complete File at Closing
Your broker will have a complete file at the end of escrow, ensuring that you will receive your commission promptly. You only pay me if the transaction successfully closes.

New Escrow
Start by sending me the executed purchase agreement and all counter offers.
- Create a Timeline of Important Dates
- Open Escrow (if instructed)
- Review Initial Paperwork and Request Missing Documents and Disclosures from the Cooperating Agent
- Use DocuSign, E-mail, or Fax to Obtain Signatures from You and Your Client
- Generate Forms in ZipForms as Necessary
- Remind You When Deadlines are Approaching
- Promptly Enter All Completed Documents in E-file System for Broker Review
