How it Works

I keep track of paperwork, signatures, and deadlines so you can focus on the rest of your business.

RPA or Listing Contract

Open a new transaction by e-mailing me the initial paperwork for a transaction, along with your brokerage checklist.

File Management

I'll review the contract and start a file in your
preferred online platform. Forms will be uploaded in this system for your broker to review as they are completed.

Complete File at Closing

Your broker will have a complete file at the end of escrow, ensuring that you will receive your commission promptly. You only pay me if the transaction successfully closes.

  • Order and Review Natural Hazard Disclosure Report and Preliminary Title Report
  • Prepare Packet of Seller-Signed Disclosures, Advisories, and Reports for Fast Delivery to Buyer When Offer is Accepted
  • Enter Listing into E-file System

New Escrow

Start by sending me the executed purchase agreement and all counter offers.

  • Create a Timeline of Important Dates
  • Open Escrow (if instructed)
  • Review Initial Paperwork and Request Missing Documents and Disclosures from the Cooperating Agent
  • Use DocuSign, E-mail, or Fax to Obtain Signatures from You and Your Client
  • Generate Forms in ZipForms as Necessary
  • Remind You When Deadlines are Approaching
  • Promptly Enter All Completed Documents in E-file System for Broker Review
